Olongapo City led by Mayor Rolen Paulino Jr. went back to Batangas this time at the Municipality of Matas na Kahoy who was also affected by the eruption of Taal Volcano and delivered donations from residents of the City such as water, rice, used clothes, hygiene kits and can goods.
